We would like to introduce you to the club and its many activities and events. The Viking Touchdown Club is the booster club for the Clarkstown South Football Team. The club is made up of parents, faculty and community members who want to enhance the players? experience. As members of the club, we welcome your ideas on ways to enhance the clubs contribution to our children?s experience.

The Touchdown Club exists to support the Clarkstown South football program and its participants. We sponsor various events to aid in the development of the players? skills and enacting those skills on the field. The club will send the coaches to coaches combines where they learn new strategies to use in the coming season. We also will finance special training sessions for the players to increase their physical and emotional abilities as well as character

To begin the season the Touchdown club will put on a Classic Kick-Off Family Barbecue. For Homecoming we will help with a Pep Rally and Bonfire. The Club supplies Pasta Pre-game dinners for the JV and varsity teams as well as organizes potluck Tailgate parties for varsity home games. Members will receive a membership card that will admit your family to the varsity home games at no cost. Every player will receive socks, shorts and tee shirt for team practices from the Touchdown Club. There will be strength and conditioning programs and a lifting t-shirt for each member. At the end of year there is a fabulous Dinner/Banquet produced by the Club with trophies and gifts for the coaches and the players. Each year the club publishes an Annual Journal. Finally the Touchdown Club sponsors three annual college scholarships for seniors who have been Viking football players for their junior and senior years.

To do this we need every one's participation and membership in the Touchdown Club. Membership for families with players on junior varsity and varsity the fee is $75. There will not any additional cost for families with more than one child playing Viking football. Be part of the team. Ensure the success of your child's participation in Viking football by joining the Clarkstown South Football Touchdown Club and contributing at board meetings and on various committees.
